Natasha is all about coaching performers to shine on stage while keeping their wellbeing in check. With over a decade in the industry she is all about helping musicians thrive in every aspect of their journey.
Having worked as a producer and songwriter for over half a decade, specialising in RNB, Hip Hop and Dance music; Adriano focusses as much on the journey of making music, as well as the end-result.
James’ background is rooted in music; graduating with a BSc in Music Technology, and leading several choirs around London; he's had a wide-range of experiences from being a vocal coach to a marketing expert.
I believe fate brought BIAS & I together! James from BIAS is a wonderful, honest, hard working and understanding person, I feel blessed to know him and it’s an absolute joy to work together.
For independent artists, it can be challenging to navigate the industry alone and BIAS is a beautiful answer to that.
